A Better way to Remove Eye Makep?

Petroleum Jelly Eye Makeup Remover!
The first time I tried this trick, I thought I was nuts! I've never read about anywhere, using Vaseline was simply an expirimental last resort when I had run out of eye makeup remover a while ago! In general, I had always felt that eye makeup remover felt kind of rough on the eyes whilst trying to rub and scrub off all the makeup. When trying the petroleum jelly I really wasn't expecting it to actually work! It does a wonderful job though! It comes off much easier. Plus Vaseline leaves your eyes soft and is it's gentler on the skin than other products :) Definetley try it! I don't think it's worth the prices of regular eye makeup removers, especially when Vaseline does a nicer job :)

Simply apply the Vaseline all around yout eyelids (or whereever you have your eye makeup) and gently wipe off with a tissue, or like me and jut use toilet paper :) Try not to rub off the remover because it creates future sagging and wrinkles on the eyelids.

Salt and Honey Treatment ♥

I follow "andreaschoice" on YouTube and was really hyped to try her skin treatment using salt! I use honey on my face often and decided to add the salt to it like so.

After leaving the salt on my skin for about 10-15 minutes I then washed it off.  My skin felt wonderful! It was very silky and the red areas of my face were nicely toned down! I don't suffer too much from acne.  Just the occasional breakouts during my time of the month... But I defintely recommend this for people either with acne or without. Salt and honey can perform wonders to all skin types! If you'd like to see where I had gotten the idea from, click this link ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vXN3F-6jvS8

Clothes Recently Bought

Chiffon Dress- Delias
Delias is not a usual store I buy my clothes from but the offer for this dress was unbeatable.  The original price was $50 and it had been brought down to $14!!! :O
Oh and if you recognize the front lace on the dress...it's my titles background on this blog. ;)

Black Jean Jacket
I actually didn't buy this. The jacket was given to me from a close family friend, and I love it!!! It's such a casual black jean jacket! I'm not a huge fan of jean jackets but the black coloring makes it look a little more chic.

Collared Classical White Shirt-Goodwill
I've had a huge fancy for collared shirts lately! Actually a major passion for them! They just make some people look so nice and gives a little edge to a simple shirt like this.

Beige Classical Collared Shirt-Goodwill
Another collared shirt :) This ones a great color for autumn coming very soon. The fabric is also nice on this.

Patterned Black Ruffle Dress- Macy's
I tend to go out-of-bounds when I shop in Macy's. I stray away from the "young adult" section and will end up in the older more pricey areas. This was on sale in the "older adult" section :)
Plain Cream Dress- H&M
This has to be my most prized item in my closet right now. I am in love with it. They don't have these in stock at the H&M where I live. I bought it at another in a different state. It's thick so it must be worn in the cooler weather. It'll look really nice with a belt. It might not look like much now but it truly looks great when on someone. Hopefully I'll have some time and gather up some pictures of me in the outfits to give a better idea of how to wear them all :) xx

e.l.f.

e.l.f. cosmetics just came in stock at my target. Stared at the shelves for about 5 minutes to gather the fact through my head. As you can tell, I picked up many items thanks to e.l.f.'s wonderful bargains! ;D

Got my first 100 eyeshadow set from e.l.f. :) So thrilled! First thing I opened when I got home! Oh and I should add in that the set was originally $10. Though, being the wonderful Target that we know and love, it was on clearance. The set's price was then transformed down to only $7!!!

Favourite Lipsticks ♥

Lancome Creme "Love it!"
This is probably one of the few nude lip colors I can pull off rather well. Since it's a creme, it moisturizes the lips as well, which is nice. :) My skin complexion is rather olive toned and light cosmetics dont work too well with me :(

Revlon Creme 510 "Berry Rich"
This ones a creme as well :) A slight burgundy-reddish color.

Sephora Lip Attitude "Glamour"
A very nice color for the summer. It's kind of a light coral shade. This one doesn't say "creme" on the label, but it feels very much like it could be a creme.

Sephora Rouge "The Red"
A very matte lipstick! It sort of stains the lips, but makes it longer lasting. If you apply some petroleum jelly when removing it, the lipstick should come off nicer. :)

p.s. These are in no particular order...
